Passed away peacefully at Musgrove Park Hospital on 1st September aged 68 years.
Beloved husband to Sally and father to Nathan.
Will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Service will take place at Yeovil Crematorium on Wednesday 12th October at 1.20pm.
