STUDENTS and staff at Ansford Academy in Castle Cary celebrated their best GCSE results in recent years as students picked up their results today (August 21).
The school said its impressive results reflect the “hard work, resilience, and determination of students and staff, and position the school on a strong path of continued improvement”.
A key highlight from this year’s results include 43% of students achieving a grade 5 or higher in English and maths, a key benchmark for future success.
